Collapsible Razer Rakes are used after weeds have been cut with the Weed Razer. This collapsible pond weed rake removes the remaining roots beneath your lake or pond bottom surface.

Using the collapsible razer rake is easy. Simply allow the rake head to sink to the bottom and use a back-and-forth motion with the rake handle and stir up the bottom. The long teeth will dig into the bottom and dislodge the root systems of most leafy submerged aquatic vegetation.

How to Assemble

Handle Assembly: To assemble the handle, first press the spring-loaded buttons on one end of the handle connector and slide it halfway into a handle. Rotate the connector until the buttons snap into the holes in the handle. Repeat this process for the other half of the handle.

Next, insert the looped end of the rope through the black cap on the end of the handle until the loop lines up with the bolt hole. Pass a bolt through the hole in the handle and the loop in the rope. Pull on the rope to ensure that the bolt has passed through the end of the loop, then secure the bolt with a lock nut. Avoid over-tightening the bolt, as this may cause the end of the handle to bend.

To expand the rake head, press down on the spring-loaded buttons and push forward to open the rake.
