Shipping Rates & Times:

Shipping rates and times depend on the shipping speed and the weight/size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate and time for items in your Cart:

  1. Select Proceed to checkout.
  2. Select or add your shipping address.
  3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue.
  4. Select a payment method and select Continue.

 

The total shipping & handling cost, as well as the estimated delivery date, is listed under Order Summary.

Track Your Order:

You will receive an email with a tracking link where you can see where you order is at. If you are having trouble tracking your order, contact us at [email protected]

Delayed Orders:

We do our best to keep up with the growing demand for popular items. However, pre-transit order delays can happen for a variety of reasons. We’ll send order update emails in real time as inventory and procedures allow.

If you don’t have your order after your 5-day delivery window, please contact us via email or by submitting your concern through our contact us page.

A representative will be with you shortly to go over your order with you & see where the problem is. You can also check the status of your delivery by using the track your order function.
