This kit is specifically designed for the 1/2 HP Airmax SilentAir™ Dual Rocking Piston Compressor found in systems purchased before 2022, including:

• PondSeries®: PS40
• LakeSeries®: LS20, LS30, LS40, and LS60

Kit Components

Each kit is fully equipped for a complete rebuild:

• 2 Valve Plates (with pre-installed leaf valves)
• 2 Cylinder Sleeves & 2 Piston Cups
• 2 Head O-Rings & 2 Cylinder O-Rings
• 4 Tube O-Rings
• 8 Head Screws (4 Torx head)
• Replacement Pinch Clamp

Required Tools

Before beginning your maintenance, please ensure you have the following tools:

• Wrenches: T20 and T25 Torx wrenches.
• Allen Wrenches: 1/8″, 5/32″, 1/4″, 1/2″, and 5/8″ sizes.
• Additional: Pick tool and Pipe Joint Compound (or Teflon Tape).
