If your aeration system is losing airflow, a complete rebuild is the most effective way to restore maximum performance. This maintenance kit includes all the precision parts needed to service your G33 (RP33 82R) compressor, ensuring your pond remains properly oxygenated.

Compatibility

This kit is designed for the 1/3 HP Airmax SilentAir™ Dual Rocking Piston Compressor used in:

• PondSeries®: PS20 and PS30
• LakeSeries®: LS10
• Legacy Systems: AM60 through AM100 (pre-2010 models)

Maintenance Recommendation

To keep your system running optimally and extend the life of your equipment, we recommend installing this maintenance kit every 12 to 18 months.

Kit Components

Each kit is fully equipped for a complete rebuild:

• 2 Cylinder Sleeves & 2 Cylinder Gaskets
• 2 Piston Cups & 2 O-Ring Gaskets
• 4 Leaf Valves
• 8 Replacement Screws (Note: The 4 Torx head screws included will not be used for this model)

Required Tools

Before starting your maintenance, please ensure you have the following tools:

• Wrenches: T25 Torx wrench; 1/8″ and 5/32″ Allen wrenches.
• Additional: Flathead screwdriver, small pick tool, and a heat source.
