If your aeration system is underperforming, a rebuild is the most effective way to restore airflow. This maintenance kit includes all necessary wear parts for the G50 (RP50 87R) 1/2 HP compressor, keeping your pond oxygenated and healthy.

Compatibility

This kit is specifically designed for the 1/2 HP Airmax SilentAir™ Dual Rocking Piston Compressor found in the following models:

• PondSeries®: PS20 (2022–present)
• Shallow Water HP Series™: SW40HP
• PondSeries® & LakeSeries®: PS20, PS30, and LS40 (purchased between 2016–2022)
• Maintenance Recommendation

To maintain peak efficiency and extend the life of your equipment, we recommend installing a fresh maintenance kit every 12 to 18 months.

Kit Components

Each kit is fully equipped for a complete rebuild:

• 1 Valve Plate (with pre-installed leaf valves)
• 2 Cylinder Sleeves & 2 Piston Cups
• 4 Head O-Rings & 2 Cylinder O-Rings
• 4 Torx Head Screws

Tools Required

Before starting your maintenance, please ensure you have the following tools:

• Wrenches: T20 and T25 Torx wrenches.
• Allen Wrench: 5/32″.
• Nut Driver: 1/4″.
