Regular maintenance is essential for keeping your aeration system running at its best. This comprehensive rebuild kit provides all the precision components needed to restore optimal airflow for your T50 (1/2 HP) or T75 (3/4 HP) compressor.

Compatibility

This kit is compatible with the following Airmax aeration models:

• PondSeries®: PS20 (2-plate models) and PS40 (3 and 4-plate models).
• LakeSeries®: LS80 (4 to 8-plate models).

Recommended Maintenance Intervals

To ensure the longest possible lifespan for your compressor, perform maintenance based on your system's operating pressure (PSI):

• 1–7 PSI: Every 18 months
• 8–12 PSI: Every 12 months
• 13–15 PSI: Every 9 months
• 16+ PSI: Every 6 months

Kit Components

Each kit contains all the parts necessary for a complete rebuild:

• Seals & Sleeves: 2 Cylinder Sleeves, 2 Piston Cups, 2 Head O-Rings, and 2 Cylinder O-Rings.
• Valve Assembly: 4 Leaf Valves, 4 Leaf Valve Backers, 4 Leaf Valve Retainer Washers, 4 Leaf Valve Screws, and a Leaf Valve Alignment Tool.
• Hardware: 2 Piston Retainer Plate Screws (T27 Torx) and 8 Head Screws (T25 Torx).
• Components: 2 Piston Cup Retainer Plates.

Required Tools

• Wrenches/Drivers: Crescent/Adjustable wrench, 1/4″ nut driver, #2 Flat head screwdriver.
• Sockets: 5/32″, 7/16″, T25 Torx, and T27 Torx sockets.
• Precision: 1/4″ drive ratchet, 1/4″ drive torque wrench (1–120 in-lb range), and a pick tool.
• Maintenance Supplies: Anti-seize and an optional heat source.
