Over time, critical wear parts within your T100 (RP100) compressor will degrade, impacting your system's airflow and efficiency. This comprehensive maintenance kit provides all the necessary components to rebuild your compressor and ensure your aeration system continues to provide vital oxygen to your pond or lake.

Compatibility

This kit is designed for the 1 HP Airmax SilentAir™ Dual Rocking Piston Compressor used in:

• PondSeries®: PS60 systems (5 and 6 plate models)
• LakeSeries®: LS120 systems (6 to 12 plate models)

Recommended Maintenance Intervals

To maximize the lifespan and efficiency of your compressor, replace your maintenance kit based on your system's operating pressure (PSI):

• 1–7 PSI: Replace every 18 months
• 8–12 PSI: Replace every 12 months
• 13–15 PSI: Replace every 9 months
• 16+ PSI: Replace every 6 months

Kit Components

Each kit is fully equipped for a complete system rebuild:

• 2 Head O-Rings & 2 Cylinder O-Rings
• 2 Cylinder Sleeves & 2 Piston Cups
• 2 Piston Retainer Plate Screws (T27 Torx Head)
• 4 Leaf Valves & 4 Leaf Valve Screws (#2 Phillips Head)
• 8 Head Screws (T25 Torx Head)

Required Tools for Installation

• Wrenches: Crescent/Adjustable end wrench, T20 Torx screwdriver.
• Sockets & Drivers: 1/4″ drive ratchet, 5/32″, 7/16″ sockets, T25 & T27 Torx sockets, 1/4″ nut driver.
• Torque Wrench: 1/4″ drive torque wrench (1–120 in-lb range).
• Additional: #2 Flat head screwdriver, #2 Phillips screwdriver, pick tool, anti-seize, and an optional heat source.
