Over time, essential internal components experience natural wear, which can reduce your aeration system's airflow. Our comprehensive maintenance kit provides all the parts needed to rebuild your 3/4 HP compressor, ensuring your pond receives consistent, reliable aeration.

Compatibility

This kit is designed for the Airmax RP75 (72R) / G75 3/4 HP Dual Rocking Piston Compressor found in the following systems:

• PondSeries®: PS40 and PS80
• LakeSeries®: LS60

Maintenance Schedule

To maintain optimal efficiency and extend the life of your equipment, we recommend installing this maintenance kit every 12 to 18 months.

Kit Components

Each kit is fully equipped for a complete rebuild:

• 2 Valve Plates (with pre-installed leaf valves)
• 2 Cylinder Sleeves & 2 Piston Cups
• 2 Head O-Rings & 2 Cylinder O-Rings
• 4 Tube O-Rings
• 8 Head Screws (including 4 Torx head screws)
• Replacement Pinch Clamp

Tools Required for Installation

Before starting, ensure you have the following tools on hand:

• Wrenches: T20 and T25 Torx wrenches.
• Allen Wrenches: 1/8″, 5/32″, 1/4″, 1/2″, and 5/8″ sizes.
• Additional: Pick tool and Pipe Joint Compound (or Teflon Tape).
